Hi, I'm Kevin —

I'm a strategist, facilitator, communications and business leader based in Halifax, Nova Scotia. I work with leaders and organizations on questions of strategy, change, and how to move people and ideas forward.

I'm Head of Innovation and Strategy for Canada at NATIONAL, where I've spent much of my career working with clients on complex challenges, and leading parts of the business itself. My work spans strategic planning, advocacy, communications, leadership, and increasingly, how AI is changing the way we work.

I care about clarity, good questions, and helping people make sense of things together. I also care about creating the conditions where people can do the best work of their careers, and enjoy doing it.

I write about things that fascinate me, some connected to my work and some simply because I find them interesting. Connecting is easy should you want to get in touch.

The photo is of me in a happy place, early 2024.
