I'm a strategist, facilitator, communications agency leader, working at the intersection of change, culture, and complexity. I help leaders, organizations, and teams make sense of what’s challenging them, what's shifting, align around what matters, and decide what to do next.

My work spans strategy, AI adoption, advocacy, change, strategic communications, and leadership—most often in moments where trust, meaning, and momentum are at stake. I care deeply about clarity, good questions, and creating conditions where people can do their best work of their careers and enjoy doing it.
